Refund Policy

I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS - however, if there is an issue, I will do my best to help come to a solution. If in the circumstance I do accept an exchange to remake or modify an item, the return shipping cost to me is at the customers expense. I will then mail the new/modified item with tracking. The new shipping cost is at the customers expense and must be paid before shipment. All of our items are custom made. Please read all descriptions fully before purchase. I can’t be held responsible due to misread or understood details.
